Welcome to the North Dakota Baby Safe Haven Training

This training is recommended for personnel working at approved locations under the North Dakota Baby Safe Haven Law as well as members of the general public who would like to learn more about the Baby Safe Haven Law in North Dakota.  The training will take approximately 1 hour to complete. There will be a quiz at the end to ensure comprehension. A certificate of completion will be available after passing the final quiz.

ND Peace Officer Standards and Training Board Information

The North Dakota Baby Safe Haven Training has been approved by the ND Peace Officers Standards and Training Board for the actual number of training hours. The course number to be used for this training is NDHS2101. In order to receive credit for this course, you must be observed while completing the training course. To obtain North Dakota Peace Officers Standards and Training Board credit, you will need to submit within thirty days of completing the course, your certificate, the course number, your Peace Officer License number, full name and the name of the department you work for to: ND POST Board, PO Box 1054 Bismarck, ND 58502-1054 or e-mail S/A Pat Helfrich NDBCI,  ph420@nd.gov.
